Webinar: AB 5 and Beyond – New Rules for Contracting with California Health Care Professionals in 2020
The California Legislature was busy this year passing new laws that update the regulatory landscape for employing and contracting with health care workers. The new statutes address a wide-range of topics, including the distinction between employees and independent contractors, arbitration agreements, employee privacy, and practice agreements for physician assistants.
