Two HLB Lawyers Win Distinguished Legal Writing Award by the Burton Foundation

Partner Andrea Frey and Associate Rachel Zacharias were named recipients of the 2025 Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award as part of The Burton Awards for Legal Achievement, recognizing the 20 best articles by law firm attorneys published in the past year.

Their article, HHS Finalizes Amendments to HIPAA Privacy Rule to Strengthen Privacy Protections for Reproductive Health Information Post-Dobbs was published by the American Bar Association’s Health Law publication.

Law360 is the lead sponsor of The Burton Awards, which are funded by the Burton Foundation, a non-profit, academic effort devoted to recognizing and rewarding excellence in the legal profession. The winners of the Law360 Distinguished Writing Awards were chosen from nominations submitted by the nation’s 1,000 largest law firms.

Winners will be honored at an awards ceremony in Washington, D.C. on May 19.
