Come hear government prosecutors and defense counsel discuss current challenges with employee devices in government investigations. Employees use technology to take pictures and videos, communicate with loved ones and, in a fast-paced work environment, often use personal devices to communicate about business. Given the deep sense of privacy many feel when it comes to their own devices, their multi-use nature is a challenge when an employer is faced with a government investigation.
