“Litigation is rarely pleasant for the parties involved, especially when careers and reputations are on the line. My goal is not only to achieve a positive outcome for my clients but to guide them through the process with clarity, calm, and commitment.”

Focusing her practice on anti-kickback, Stark Law, and related federal and state fraud and abuse matters, Audrey Jorgensen is a litigator whose experience working with health care providers complements her talent for crafting persuasive arguments based on meticulous research and a complete understanding of the issues.

Audrey’s effectiveness as a litigator is not only a product of her advocacy skills but also comes from her ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues and deal constructively with investigators, regulators, and opposing counsel. Having lived in many different countries and cultures, Audrey understands how to calibrate her approaches and communication style to most effectively reach her audience, whether inside or outside the courtroom.

A graduate of the University of Colorado – Boulder, Audrey earned a full academic scholarship and graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law. Before joining Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, she honed her litigation skills at a San Diego law firm where she worked on a wide range of matters, including the defense of medical malpractice claims.
