Working for several years across two administrations in both the executive and legislative branches — as a regulatory counsel at the Food and Drug Administration and on oversight and investigations for the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions — Caitlin developed a deep and practical understanding of how agencies and legislators approach policymaking and oversight of our health care system.
