HLB Represents Rippl in Acquisition of Kinto

[Boston] Rippl, a venture-backed virtual care platform dedicated to providing access to quality specialty care to people living with dementia and their caregivers, has successfully acquired Kinto, an AI-enabled dementia caregiver support platform based in Boston. HLB served as Rippl’s healthcare regulatory counsel and was led by Jeremy Sherer, Amy Joseph, and Melania Jankowski.

The acquisition of Kinto will accelerate Rippl’s technology capability and represents a significant step forward in Rippl’s efforts to transform dementia care through innovation and compassion. By integrating Kinto’s AI-enabled platform into Rippl’s comprehensive suite of services, the combined entity will be better equipped to address the diverse needs of individuals living with dementia and their caregivers, providing tailored high-quality support and resources.
