We are pleased to welcome Dustin Grant as an Associate in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Dustin brings a wealth of experience handling complex litigation disputes across a broad range of matters, including insurance coverage litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Drawing on his experience from both federal and state courtrooms, and as a former clerk in the Commercial Division of the New York County Supreme Court, Dustin became proficient in effective strategies of the management and resolution of complex cases. Additionally, he has earned a Certified Information Privacy Professional – United States (CIPP/US) credential, bringing valuable insight to HLB’s Digital Health practice to help guide clients through electronic health record privacy and security challenges in today’s rapidly evolving health care technology landscape.
