HLB Welcomes Associate Noah J. Stein
We are pleased to welcome Noah J. Stein as an Associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
A former HLB summer associate, Noah returns to begin his practice. During his time at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, he co-founded and led the Penn Health Law Association and served as co-director of the Penn Healthcare Law and Policy Project. Noah complimented his studies as a Legal Fellow in the United States House of Representatives, which exposed him to the real-world mechanics and dynamics involved in health care legislation, rulemaking, and policy development.
