Kimia S. Khatibi Joins Hooper, Lundy & Bookman
HLB is pleased to welcome Kimia S. Khatibi as an associate in our Washington, D.C. office. Kimia advises health care providers on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters.
She brings experience from both the executive and legislative branches. In law school, she was a Law Clerk for the Senate Judiciary Committee and a Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. After that, she served as an Equal Justice Works Fellow on the federal policy and advocacy team at a national legal organization. That background gives her a practical view of how health care legislation and rules are made and carried out. She uses it to help clients handle regulatory change with clarity and confidence.
