This webinar focused on the various responsibilities and processes faced by Medical Staffs that arise after submitting a report to the respective California licensing boards and the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB). The program included a brief overview of reporting basics, supplemental reporting, communications with the licensing board and NPDB, subpoena responses, responding to “failure to report” citations and requests from licensing boards for peer review information and interviews, and more!
