Matthew Clark

Matthew Clark practices in the firm’s business, litigation and reimbursement departments.  His practice includes assisting long-term care providers and pharmacies in all aspects of their regulatory, business, and legal affairs.  Matt has represented long-term care providers in a wide variety of matters before state and administrative courts, including business  and contract disputes, elder abuse cases, transfer trauma cases, licensing and certification accusations and unfair competition (“UCL”) cases.  Additionally, his practice includes assisting companies in bringing new medical products to the market and assisting clients in the formation, organization and management of professional corporations.

He is an active member of the Barristers Association of San Francisco and is currently serving his second term as the Chair of the Health Law Section.

Matt received his B.A. degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Johns Hopkins University in 1998.  He received his J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School in 2002.  While at the University of Michigan Law School, he volunteered as an intern for the Latino Coalition for a Healthy California, a program providing advocacy for the uninsured, the immigrant, and under-served people of California.
